Not many will say no to the succulent treasure from down under the sea bed. For centuries, the oyster has been indulged by many and has always been a favourite on the menu. Recognising this divine sea gem, American jumbo oysters return to the kitchen of two-Michelin star Cantonese restaurant Ming Court where Executive Chef Tsang Chiu King and his team showcase the season’s best in 10 delicious dishes.
Available only in November, the American jumbo oysters created in 10 unique styles will be perfectly incorporated into Ming Court’s reputable á la carte menu, paired with the finest ingredients guaranteed to stimulate your senses. Highly recommended by Executive Chef Tsang are the intriguing “Stir-Fried Jumbo Oyster with Salty Egg Yolk and Japanese Wasabi Sauce” infusing traditional Cantonese and Japanese ingredients, the bold “Stir-Fried Jumbo Oyster with Minced Pork and Garlic in Tomato Sauce and Chinese Wine” complementing the natural flavour of jet-fresh oysters, and the sophisticated “Stir-Fried Jumbo Oyster with Diced Pumpkin and Black Truffles”, which arouse your sense of smell through its alluring aroma, plus 7 others for you to choose from. The succulent American jumbo oyster menu is available from 1 to 30 November 2011 at lunch (11:30pm – 2:30pm) and dinner (6:00pm – 10:30pm).
