Drawing on their global culinary talent, our Asian sensations will enliven your senses and walk you through the region’s top favourite curries. Bringing you the best each week through June, our Chefs introduce a medley of top favourites from Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Seafood fans can bite into an incredible Indian Salmon Head Curry, dip into the clacking sounds of Thai Mussels enrobed in Yellow Curry and pick up skewers of Chinese local favourite, Curried Fish Balls. Bring the gang down to Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong for a taste of our ground-breaking chefs’ homemade favourites, inspired by delicious dynamism and creative cooking, and breathe in the earthy aroma of our Curry wonderland. Sweeten your palette with Indian Kheer, Japanese Green Tea and Lychee Pana Cotta and Chinese Sesame Rolls to a fine finish to your evening.
