Elevated Weekends - Free-Flowing Champagne for Tokoro’s Weekend Brunch

Michelin “Bib Gourmand” recommended Japanese restaurant, Tokoro – Robatayaki & Whisky Bar, at Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong has unveiled its Weekend Brunch; a copious buffet of Japan’s most favoured dishes paired with free-flowing Champagne served straight to the table, to make for an elevated buffet brunch experience.

The feast commences with buffet-style starters and salads including Japanese chilled tofu, Japanese tomato salad, crabmeat and cucumber salad with crab roe, mesclun salad with miso, as well as hot appetisers, tempura and skewers from the open kitchen and Robata grill.

For sushi and sashimi lovers, the Weekend Brunch features signature jet fresh scallop, salmon, ark shell, octopus, amberjack and red snapper. A selection of handrolls and maki rolls are also made to order from the sushi bar.

Next up, guests will be presented with a choice of seven main courses featuring premium ingredients such as Kurobuta pork, wagyu beef, lobster or lamb chops.

Finishing on a sweet note, Hokkaido Milk Top ice-cream, Hokkaido milk pudding with gold leaf and birds’ nest, homemade Japanese bamboo charcoal and green tea Swiss rolls make for a fine ending.
