FOUR STRAIGHT WINS FOR TWO-MICHELIN STAR MING COURT
Five star hotel, Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong, announces its fourth consecutive win for Hong Kong diners' favourite modern luxury Cantonese restaurant, Ming Court, awarded two-Michelin stars by the highly-rated Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2013, a privilege it has retained in Hong Kong's vibrant and eclectic dining scene.
Speaking about the prestigious accolade, Executive Chef Tsang Chiu King said with excitement, "Since Ming Court's opening in 2004, our culinary team has been devoted to bringing guests a true, Cantonese dining experience with all our heart and soul. It is overwhelming to sit alongside the city's fantastic chefs and the world's best restaurants. We are humbled to be recognised continuously by the world’s most renowned dining guide. A big thank you to Michelin."
Being one of only 13 restaurants in Hong Kong to be awarded two stars, Michelin recognises Ming Court as a restaurant with "Excellent cuisine, worth a detour. Skillfully and carefully crafted dishes of outstanding quality.”
For 8 years, Ming Court has been acknowledged by many as a trend-setter in Hong Kong's competitive dining scape. Unveiling its stylish new dining and private rooms in September, gracefully adorned in champagne and dark chocolate tones, diners continue to be inspired by Ming Court's evolution in culinary artistry, incorporating influences from around the world and pairing wines from 450 labels housed at Ming Cellar, with its innovative food.
