NEW nosh + raw BAR UNVEILED AT LANGHAM PLACE

Langham Place has unveiled the new nosh + raw bar at the hotel’s signature Portal – Work & Play offering chic morsels prepared à la minute.
nosh + raw chefs create playful bite-sized morsels before each guest. Each nosh changes monthly and is the creation of numerous think-tanks and tasting sessions where different ingredients, flavours and textures are tested and enjoyed to create surprising and innovative new combinations. Anybody fancy a foie gras lollipop? Or perhaps a seared scallop, tomato and watermelon sandwich with licorice sauce? For those who fancy raw food, nosh + raw also has an extensive menu of the finest oysters and seafood, all flown in fresh from around the world daily. General manager Shaun Campbell said: “Portal – Work & Play is the signature bar of Langham Place. The concept is to provide the perfect modern environment where business and pleasure come together. The stimulating environment includes fully wired surroundings and a resident DJ. nosh + raw now rounds this experience off enabling guests to refuel while trying something new.” nosh + raw opens at 5:00pm every day. Dishes are affordably priced from HK$38 – HK$68 each and can be perfectly complemented with a wide variety of wines available by the glass.
